Insurance & Billing
Cancellation Policy
We provide a free 15-minute call to ensure a good therapeutic fit. Standard sessions run 50 minutes; the final 10 minutes allow your therapist to complete case notes and prepare for your next session.
Most extended benefit plans cover registered psychotherapy. Please check your specific plan details.
Please note that we do not offer direct billing, and OHIP does not cover private psychotherapy fees.
We require 48 hours notice for session changes or cancellations. Every client receives one courtesy exception for unexpected events; subsequent late cancellations incur a $25 fee to honor reserved clinical time.

An access link arrives via email 30 minutes prior to your start time—no app download required. Simply ensure an internet connection, webcam, headphones, access to email, and a quiet private space. We ask that clients refrain from phone use during sessions.
Sessions adapt to your current needs and readiness for change. While initial 1–3 sessions focus on information gathering, therapeutic progress begins right away. We can pivot to urgent concerns and encourage you to communicate preferences regarding resources or homework.
Course duration depends on your goals and complexity of presenting concerns. Structured approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) typically range between 8 and 20 sessions, paced to match your comfortable progress.
